[Whenever Todoroki gets to Izuku's cottage, he's already waiting outside, hands tucked into his pockets. There's a fishing rod and a bucket lying on the ground beside him.

Izuku visibly brightens up when he looks up and sees him.] Todoroki-kun!

[There's a tiny smile on Shouto's face. There's a fishing rod over his left shoulder and a small bucket in his other hand.]

Ready to dig for bait?

Okay... I'm gonna go check now.

And probably find something to keep the lobster in. Want me to bring it by when I have everything together?

I don't want to bother anyone. [He knows he should be putting Guren's advice into practice and opening up more, but at the same time...he's only like this because he miscalculated. It should be his own burden to bear.]

[Minato just shakes his head, expression patiently calm.]

[Curiosity satisfied, Izuku ends that Very Important Detour and focuses on the banshees again.]

Banshees...I remember reading about those a long time ago. I'm kind of fuzzy on the details, but they were from mythology. Actually, it seems as if several of the creatures everyone came across were from mythology of some kind.

Wait...how can your friend tell?

Yeah. [Izuku picks up his own fishing rod and bucket quickly.]

Let's go. [Thankfully there are gardens dotted all around this particular part of the town, and it doesn't take much effort to locate one. Though this one's still overrun with weeds, Izuku starts poking around in the dirt anyway.]

[He squats down next to Midoriya and prods at the dirt.]

[Izuku reaches into the bucket and pulls out a trowel with a grin. He came prepared!]

If what you said is right, and they were created... then that means whoever is making them is drawing inspiration from certain sources.
