I think you're both onto something. Or maybe it's different for them! Maybe underwater, they count seahorses instead of sea sheep?

Do you think they look more like normal horses here?

No idea. Maybe they have something more scale-like covering them instead of wool! Wool soaks up water too well and it'd weigh the sea sheep down when they're trying to swim.

You know, if the water in the harbor wasn't so weird, we could've gone in to find one.

That's what I thought. But this place is weird enough. Maybe there's some kind of water resistant sea wool.

We need to get fish for the lobsters too.

Water resistant sea wool... I bet you could make water resistant clothes out of something like that.

I have a fishing rod, but I'm not very good at it. We should practice some more and get better at it!

Maybe these mermaids have sweaters. From the sea sheep wool.

We should go fishing. Maybe find some bait first.

You think we should ask someone like Selkie-san if any of these things exist when we go back?

I bet there's some worms around the gardens we can dig up!

My place! Since all the gardens are in this area of the town anyway.]

[Whenever Todoroki gets to Izuku's cottage, he's already waiting outside, hands tucked into his pockets. There's a fishing rod and a bucket lying on the ground beside him.

Izuku visibly brightens up when he looks up and sees him.] Todoroki-kun!

[glaciers]

Midoriya.

[There's a tiny smile on Shouto's face. There's a fishing rod over his left shoulder and a small bucket in his other hand.]

Ready to dig for bait?

[inheritance]

Yeah. [Izuku picks up his own fishing rod and bucket quickly.]

Let's go. [Thankfully there are gardens dotted all around this particular part of the town, and it doesn't take much effort to locate one. Though this one's still overrun with weeds, Izuku starts poking around in the dirt anyway.]

[glaciers]

[He squats down next to Midoriya and prods at the dirt.]

So basically we're looking for movement, right?

[inheritance]

Hmmm. We could probably sift the soil around until we find something, too

[Izuku reaches into the bucket and pulls out a trowel with a grin. He came prepared!]
